Screentech has developed and patented their software package called S.T.R.I.M.S. (Screentech Race Information Management System)

STRIMS incorporates TAB data, text, graphics and video images. The Control Room communicates with the Judges Area and the Tote Board PC to display the required race schedule information.

The LED Tote Information Board that is recommended is a minimum 20 metres by 3.5 metres LED board. Utilising 500mm x 500mm modules and comprising 7 modules high by 40 modules wide.

This board uses Red/Green (Two Prime Colour) LED modules, which displays a combination of 256 colours.

The board size we recommend is based on our installation experience that lettering must be easily read from a minimum viewing distance of 150mtrs.

Betting and on course information needs to be legible even in full sun for daytime meetings and brightness needs to be adjustable for night race meetings.
